What we collect
When you use Call Buddy, we may collect the details needed to complete your request: email, name if provided, phone number, task description, place details, website or map links, call notes, selected plan, checkout status, and the result we send back. Payment card details are handled by our checkout provider and are not stored by Call Buddy.
Why we use it
We use this data to perform the call task, send the result to your inbox, manage support, prevent abuse, process payments, keep records required by law, and improve the product when you consent to analytics.
Private by default
We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercialize your personal data. We do not use call requests to build advertising profiles. Access is limited to the team and service providers needed to operate Call Buddy and complete your request.
Analytics and consent
Optional analytics run only after you accept cookies. If you reject cookies, we keep essential storage for your form and service flow, but we do not send optional analytics events.
Retention and deletion
We keep request data only as long as needed for service delivery, support, security, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time.
European privacy rights
For users in the EEA, UK, and similar privacy regions, we support GDPR-style rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, email, admin notifications, analytics after consent, and checkout. Providers are used only to operate the service and are expected to protect data under appropriate confidentiality and security terms.
Security
We use practical technical and organizational safeguards to protect requests, leads, payments, and support data. No online service can promise zero risk, but we design Call Buddy to minimize data exposure and keep sensitive workflows contained.
