Terms of Service

These terms explain the basics of using Call Buddy for private phone-call tasks during closed beta.

Beta service

Call Buddy is an early-access service for delegating phone-call tasks. During beta, some calls may be handled or reviewed by a human operator to make sure the request is completed properly.

Your requests

You are responsible for giving accurate, lawful, and complete instructions. Do not use Call Buddy for emergencies, harassment, fraud, spam, regulated legal or medical decisions, or anything that would be illegal for you to do yourself.

Call results

We do our best to call the right place, ask the right questions, and send a clear result. We cannot guarantee that a business answers, provides accurate information, or accepts a booking.

Payments

Paid call packs unlock task capacity. Checkout is handled by a payment provider. If something goes wrong with a payment or task, contact us and we will review it fairly.

Privacy

Your request data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or commercialize personal data.
